“Wow, this is the one to rule them all. It does everything in one.” — Nicolas L.

The All-in-One Trainer unites dual adjustable cables, a true 1:1 center weight stack, and a built-in lat pulldown/low row station into a compact 4′ × 4′ footprint — and can be upgraded with J-cups and safety arms to function as a half rack.

Serious versatility → Crush 100+ exercises across strength, hypertrophy, and functional training — replacing up to seven machines in one compact, efficient unit.

All-in-one training layout → Dual side cables, a center stack, and integrated uprights let you flow seamlessly between cable work, barbell lifts, and pulley movements — no reconfiguring, no wasted time, just pure training flow.

Full-weight feel → The middle stack runs on a true 1:1 ratio for heavy pulldowns and rows, while the dual side pulleys use a smooth 2:1 ratio for precision control and full range of motion. The result: optimal loading for every training style.

Upgradeable power rack functionality → Add J-cups, spotter arms, or specialty attachments to turn your Trainer into a compact half rack — squat, press, and pull safely without giving up cable access.

Expandable design → Fully compatible with 2.3” × 2.3” Bells of Steel attachments like the Y-Dip, Seal Row Pad, and Landmine — giving you the freedom to evolve your setup over time.

Built to last → Constructed from 14-gauge steel with precision-machined pulleys and heavy-duty cables — engineered for buttery-smooth movement and decades of use.

Two styles, same performance → Plate-Loaded keeps costs low and bicep peak high; Weight-Stack gives you quick, pin-loaded convenience with a commercial-grade feel. Start plate-loaded, upgrade later when the FOMO kicks in.

Space-efficient by design → Engineered to fit into corners or tight training areas — reclaim the dead space in your garage, basement, or spare room without sacrificing performance. 88" ceiling clearance required.

Why All-In-One Trainers?

Because it’s a complete gym packed into one frame — built to crush every goal from raw strength to lean muscle, athletic power, or everyday fitness.
Train safely, even solo → Adjustable cables and guided movement paths let you lift heavy, nail your form, and push PRs without needing a spotter.

Constant tension → Smooth, consistent resistance through every inch for better activation and next-day soreness that means something.

Joint-friendly design → Build real strength without thrashing your shoulders, elbows, or wrists.

Zero wasted time → Go from squats to rows to curls in seconds — no swapping gear, no downtime, just pure training flow.

All-levels ready → Start with cable-guided moves for confidence and control, then progress to barbell lifts as your strength (and swagger) grows.

Aesthetics & Organization → Looks clean. Trains dirty. The All-In-One keeps your gym clutter-free, cutting out the chaos of multiple machines while adding a professional, polished look to your space.

Long-Term Value → Sure, it’s an investment — but one that replaces thousands of dollars worth of equipment and lasts for decades. You’re not just buying a machine; you’re buying a lifetime membership to your own gym.

Best for → Home gym owners, couples training together, small studios, and busy parents who want full-body workouts in minimal time — without sacrificing performance or quality.

    All you need.

You can literally do just about anything on this machine and it saves so much space all in one. Literally I don’t even know why they make anything else besides this because this is literally what everyone needs with the home gym I’ve gotten rid of so many machines because I now have one machine that does just about everything a little tricky to put together but nothing that no one really can’t figure out definitely worth the time

Love our cable machine & space saver

We love this all-in-one trainer cable machine. The fact that it is one tower saves so much room and we love the foot plate for back using the double d handle cable attachment. The feel is smooth and the cables glide. Great quality! The challenge was assembly since it is one tower, involved assembly of multiple pulleys and several cables. Happy we were able to figure it out!

Rachelle, we love hearing that your All in One Trainer is earning its keep as a space saving powerhouse.

That single tower design really shines when you want versatility without taking over the whole room, and it is awesome that you are enjoying the smooth cable feel and putting that foot plate to work for back training.

We hear you on the assembly. With all those pulleys and cables packed into one unit, it can be a bit of a puzzle at first, but major kudos for tackling it and getting everything dialed in.

Thanks so much for sharing your experience and for choosing Bells of Steel.

    Yours in strength,

    The B.o.S. Crew.

    Perfect for Small Spaces

This thing really does it all with a small footprint. Pair it with the short rackable barbell, and you've got a full squat rack in a 7 foot wide space. Glad I splurged on the stack version!

Thanks a ton for the awesome review, Ben! We love hearing how the All in One Trainer is helping you build a full setup without taking over the whole room. Getting a squat rack level workout in a 7 foot space is exactly what we designed it for, and the weight stack upgrade really does make everything feel smooth and convenient. Great call pairing it with the short rackable barbell too.

And thanks for sharing the photos! It is always great to see these setups in the wild. Enjoy putting that compact powerhouse to work. 💪

    Yours in strength,

    The B.o.S. Crew.

    Best all in one trainer

Have this in my basement gym for a month now and it's amazing. Build quality is superb, pulleys/cables are perfect. It's quiet and smooth. The 210lb weight stack is plenty for me, and I haven't had any issues with cable travel. I have this on rubber floor tiles and haven't had any issues with shifting or tipping - it's been rock solid. I have the updated model which seems to have fixed all of the issues/annoyances pointed out in earlier reviews I've seen. The only thing that's a little annoying is the hooks to hang the lat-pulldown bar are designed for straight round bars, which works well, but doesn't fit the MAG Grips since they are larger flat bars, nothing too annoying since I just let it dangle and it doesn't get in my way. Would just be nice if they maybe made the opening on the hooks a little larger to accommodate things like MAG Grips.

I was able to build it entirely by myself in about 5 hours. You absolutely could do it faster but I took my time. Assembly instructions were really nice and easy to follow. I assume they updated them since other reviews I've seen were complaining about poor instructions. My only tip is when you're doing the cables, do step 18 before step 11. If you're using box wrenches (like they tell you in the instructions) it's probably not an issue, but I was using an adjustable wrench and I had to remove the pulley from step 11 to be able to attach the step 18 cable. There's no reason you can't do step 18 beforehand so just go ahead…

Thanks for the incredibly detailed review and for spending so much time sharing your experience with the All In One Trainer! We love hearing that it has been rock solid in your basement gym and that the smooth and quiet pulley system, solid build quality, and 210 lb stack are hitting the mark for you.

It is also great to hear the updated version and the assembly instructions made the build process straightforward. Five hours solo is a solid effort! Your tips about cable step order and checking pulley bolt torque are awesome nuggets for other builders and we appreciate you sharing them.

Thanks as well for the thoughtful note about the storage hooks and MAG Grips. Feedback like that helps our team keep improving the little details that make day to day training smoother.

Sounds like you built a fantastic setup pairing it with the Ironmaster Super Bench Pro V2. That functionality to price sweet spot is exactly what we aim for, so it means a lot to hear it landed right for you.

Enjoy the gains and thanks again for choosing Bells of Steel 💪

    Yours in strength,

    The B.o.S. Crew.

Frequently Asked Questions

What exercises can I do with the All-in-One Trainer?

The All-in-One Trainer is designed as a full gym replacement. You can perform cable exercises like lat pulldowns, triceps pushdowns, rows, and chest flyes, along with barbell movements such as squats, bench presses, and rack pulls. The integrated cable system and rack allow both strength training and accessory work in one compact footprint.

What attachments are included with the All-in-One Trainer?

The trainer includes multiple cable attachments and core components to get you started right away, including two adjustable nylon handles (dual stirrup), one lat pulldown bar, and one straight bar.

How much space does the All-in-One Trainer require?

The All-in-One Trainer is designed for home and garage gyms where space matters. From the back of the machine to the two front feet, it measures approximately 44 and 3/8" (113 cm). It's 60" (152.5 cm) wide at the widest point, and requires 88" (224 cm) clearance for assembly. The All-in-One Trainer is designed to fit nicely into a corner.

What type of barbell and plates are compatible?

The trainer is designed for Olympic-sized equipment, so it works with barbells and plates that use 2" (50 mm) sleeves. The uprights are 44" (112 cm) apart, to fit standard rackable barbells. There is no option for 1" plates.

Can beginners use the All-in-One Trainer?

Yes. The combination of cable exercises and rack-based lifting makes it beginner-friendly while still offering plenty of progression for experienced lifters. Beginners can start with controlled cable movements before advancing to heavier barbell lifts like squats or bench presses.

Is the All-in-One Trainer suitable for a garage gym?

Absolutely. This unit is specifically designed for garage gym owners who want maximum versatility in minimal space. By combining a rack, cable system, and pull-up station, it replaces several standalone machines and keeps your training area organized.

Does the All-in-One Trainer support add-ons or attachments?

Yes, the All-in-One trainer supports carabiner-attached handles, though we recommend checking the attachment length to ensure they fit between the uprights (44" | 112 cm). The All-in-One Trainer has 2.3" x 2.3" (60 mm x 60 mm) uprights that are compatible with our 60mm rack attachments for endless training versatility.

Can you bench press with the All-in-One Trainer?

Yes, you can bench press in the All-in-One Trainer. Simply place a bench inside the rack and use the J-cups and safeties to perform barbell bench presses just like you would in a standard squat rack.

Is there a shorter or customizable version of the All-in-One Trainer, and how tall is it once assembled?

The All-in-One Trainer is designed with a fixed frame height of 82" (209 cm) and does not have a shorter or customizable version. 88" (224 cm) ceiling clearance is required for assembly.

Does the All-in-One Trainer need to be bolted to the floor?

Yes — bolting the All-in-One Trainer to the floor is strongly recommended for safety. Anchoring the rack helps prevent tipping, especially when using heavier weights or performing dynamic movements like pull-ups or cable exercises. If you can’t bolt directly into your floor, many home gym owners build a wood lifting platform and bolt the rack to that instead. If you’re unsure about the best setup for your space, feel free to reach out to our team for guidance.
