“Wow, this is the one to rule them all. It does everything in one.” — Nicolas L.

The All-in-One Trainer unites dual adjustable cables, a true 1:1 center weight stack, and a built-in lat pulldown/low row station into a compact 4′ × 4′ footprint — and can be upgraded with J-cups and safety arms to function as a half rack.

Serious versatility → Crush 100+ exercises across strength, hypertrophy, and functional training — replacing up to seven machines in one compact, efficient unit.

All-in-one training layout → Dual side cables, a center stack, and integrated uprights let you flow seamlessly between cable work, barbell lifts, and pulley movements — no reconfiguring, no wasted time, just pure training flow.

Full-weight feel → The middle stack runs on a true 1:1 ratio for heavy pulldowns and rows, while the dual side pulleys use a smooth 2:1 ratio for precision control and full range of motion. The result: optimal loading for every training style.

Upgradeable power rack functionality → Add J-cups, spotter arms, or specialty attachments to turn your Trainer into a compact half rack — squat, press, and pull safely without giving up cable access.

Expandable design → Fully compatible with 2.3” × 2.3” Bells of Steel attachments like the Y-Dip, Seal Row Pad, and Landmine — giving you the freedom to evolve your setup over time.

Built to last → Constructed from 14-gauge steel with precision-machined pulleys and heavy-duty cables — engineered for buttery-smooth movement and decades of use.

Two styles, same performance → Plate-Loaded keeps costs low and bicep peak high; Weight-Stack gives you quick, pin-loaded convenience with a commercial-grade feel. Start plate-loaded, upgrade later when the FOMO kicks in.

Space-efficient by design → Engineered to fit into corners or tight training areas — reclaim the dead space in your garage, basement, or spare room without sacrificing performance.

Why All-In-One Trainers?

Because it’s a complete gym packed into one frame — built to crush every goal from raw strength to lean muscle, athletic power, or everyday fitness.
Train safely, even solo → Adjustable cables and guided movement paths let you lift heavy, nail your form, and push PRs without needing a spotter.

Constant tension → Smooth, consistent resistance through every inch for better activation and next-day soreness that means something.

Joint-friendly design → Build real strength without thrashing your shoulders, elbows, or wrists.

Zero wasted time → Go from squats to rows to curls in seconds — no swapping gear, no downtime, just pure training flow.

All-levels ready → Start with cable-guided moves for confidence and control, then progress to barbell lifts as your strength (and swagger) grows.

Aesthetics & Organization
Looks clean. Trains dirty. The All-In-One keeps your gym clutter-free, cutting out the chaos of multiple machines while adding a professional, polished look to your space.

Long-Term Value
Sure, it’s an investment — but one that replaces thousands of dollars worth of equipment and lasts for decades. You’re not just buying a machine; you’re buying a lifetime membership to your own gym.

Perfect for home gym owners, couples training together, small studios, and busy parents who want full-body workouts in minimal time — without sacrificing performance or quality.

    Great Machine

Versatile machine with a space-saving footprint. I picked up some other compatible attachments and now this is my main piece of equipment for most exercises. Instructions were poor and assembly is time consuming; however I followed the assembly video on the BOS YouTube which was helpful.

Hey Shawn! Thanks for the awesome 5-star review of the All-in-One Trainer — we're stoked to hear it's become your main piece of equipment!

We really appreciate the honest feedback about the assembly instructions too. You're absolutely right that they could be clearer, and we're glad the YouTube assembly video helped you get through it. That's super valuable feedback for us as we work on improving the whole setup experience.

    Amazing!

Wow, this is the one to rule them all. It does everything in one. As mentionned in other reviews, watch the youtube video for assembly, it is very helpfull. And yes, you will probably use the pin on the back of stack because in the front the cable is in the way. But not a big deal.

My favorite exercises are all types of chest flys, lateral raises, tricep pull downs, pull ups, rows, lat pull downs, face pulls, dual bayesian curls, hip abduction and adduction, and you can do so many more.

I also purchase attachements to do bb bench press and bb squats (j cups and spotter arms), hip thrusts (seal row pad).

Shipment was quick and in perfect condition.

You're spot on about the YouTube assembly video being a lifesaver, and thanks for the heads up about the pin placement. It's great feedback like yours that helps other customers know what to expect.

    It does it all!!!

I have had the All in One Trainer for about 10 months and I have been extremely happy with it to date. I had limited space (1/2 of a 1 car garage) and wanted to maximize the space and still have the ability to perform barbell based exercises as well as cables. I have found the All in One Trainer to be stable enough when bolted down to accommodate my needs for squatting and benching with no concerns. If you are doing crazy heavy powerlifting you will better served with a dedicated rack in my opinion. I just wanted a solid all around solution as I am not into powerlifting and more into bodybuilding. For this it has served its purpose. I added a bench and adjustable dumbbells and cancelled my gym membership and have not looked back.

The cables are smooth and work well. It is worth noting if doing any cross over based exercises on the cables it requires handles with the extra length on them so you do not top out on the stack. The plastic handles that come with the machine are OK, but I would suggest getting the better aluminum handles as they feel so much better.

Assembly was OK. the directions leaved a lot to be desired. I found watching the assembly video on YouTube and having a remote handy to pause and rewind were essential in helping to get it together. With the video assembly was not too difficult and took about 3 hours.

Only issue I initially had was the machine is not the best for doing inclined bench presses, but found a work around using the jammer arms and…

Thanks a million for the incredibly detailed and thoughtful review, Josh! We're absolutely pumped to hear that the All-in-One Trainer has been crushing it for you over the past 10 months.

We love hearing about creative solutions like using the jammer arms with J-cups for inclined bench pressing. That's some solid problem-solving right there! And you're spot on about the aluminum handles—they definitely take the cable experience to the next level compared to the plastic ones.

Thanks for the heads up about the assembly video being a game-changer too. We always appreciate when customers share those pro tips that can help fellow lifters get their setup dialed in. Here's to many more months of crushing those bodybuilding goals in your garage gym!

    Fantastic all-in-one machine

I have had this trainer for a few months and I absolutely love the versatility of exercises that can be done. Adding the J-cups helped complete my home gym since I have limited space. The pulley system is very smooth. I added additional bolt on plat storage pegs (2nd picture) and returned the pin plat pegs since you can only put the removable pin plat pegs on the left side (1st picture). The pin plat bolt interfers with the cable on the back side of the middle bar so you can't use them on the right side. I then added a barbell holder on the middle front to hold a curl bar. Storage customization was a huge bonus on this machine.

Thanks so much for the feedback and the photos, TR! We’re pumped that our All-in-One Trainer is a perfect fit for your home gym! It sounds like you've made some fantastic customizations with the J-cups and storage upgrades. The versatility and smooth pulley system make it an all-star addition, huh? Keep rocking those efficient workouts and creative storage solutions!

    All in one trainer

Love it so far! Some of the pieces were bent when received. Had to hammer them out since I didn’t want to possibly wait another week or more to get replacement parts. Paper instructions were confusing when it came to the pulley system, found the YouTube video. Way easier following the video over the paper.

Bought the plate loaded version and it’s perfect. Pulleys are smooth and nothing drags. Wish the front post were numbered, only complaint so far.
