Used by ancient soldiers to prep for combat, the Adjustable Macebell channels your inner warrior while building deep core strength, shoulder mobility, and rotational power.
Unlike traditional fixed macebells, this baby’s fully adjustable (just like our best-selling Adjustable Kettlebells) to save you cash and space.
It comes with six 1kg plates and a simple inner loading system, letting you start light at 6kg and micro-load up to a challenging 12kg.
Plus, adjusting the weights is easy-peasy. Use the included Allen key to undo the bottom screw and remove the bottom part of the shell. Loosen the nut using the included hex nut wrench, then swap whatever plates you need. Simply reverse these steps to reassemble!
The handle diameter is 1.25"/32mm for a solid grip, but it is not so thick that it causes forearm burnout. Plus, the light knurling on the handle keeps your grip safe & secure, so you can keep swinging without worrying about tearing up your hands.
Whether you’re working on 360° swings, 10-to-2 swings, offset presses or more, this adjustable macebell targets the muscles that matter, translating functional strength into real-world performance.

Great macebell, the knurled hand allows for easy grip and a plastic bottom (either from BoS or Adjustsbell or 3d printed) can lower the weight to 4.5 kg, perfect for beginners.

Can’t say enough. The length is perfect, I am 6’1 The handle diameter is just right even for bigger hands. Very easy loading system is far superior to adjustable weights of the past. The knurled handle is not to aggressive which i was worried about. I am about a month in with it and I can tell I will be using this tool for many years. I imagine the adjustable kettlebell is just as well designed. Already recommending this mace to my friends.

Love the quality of every BOS steel product. From website to packaging, and actual product, this is a top-of-the-line item.
I added an adjustable bottom to mine to lower the weight down just below 10lbs.
I’m amazed how heavy such a light weight can feel when it’s at the end of such a lot my lever.
Bonus is that the 1kg plates for my adjustable kettlebell!

My only disappointment with this, and Bells of Steel in general is WHY DID IT TAKE YOU SO LONG TO GET AUSTRALIA 😭?! Seriously, all their products are absolutely top tier (I have a few) and this adjustable mace is no exception. Beautiful balance, flawless build quality, just perfect. 11/10 👍👍
