NÜOBELL Adjustable Dumbbells

The NÜOBELL Adjustable Dumbbells start at 5 lb (2.3 kg) and adjust upward in 5 lb (2.3 kg) increments. Depending on the set you choose, they go up to 50 lb (22.7 kg) or 80 lb (36.3 kg) per dumbbell. This wide range allows you to use the same pair for everything from lighter accessory work to heavier strength training. To go up to 100lbs, we recommend the NÜOBELL-S 5-100lb setup.

Weight changes are done by simply twisting the handle while the dumbbell is in its cradle. Each twist clicks into the next 5 lb increment, allowing you to quickly switch between weights during your workout. Once lifted from the cradle, the handle locks in place so the weight won’t change mid-set.

Yes, NÜOBELLs are designed to replicate the feel of traditional fixed dumbbells unlike many competitors who use a boxy, rectangular build. They feature a straight, medium-knurled metal handle and machined steel plates, which provide a familiar grip and balance compared to many adjustable dumbbells with rubber or contoured handles.

Yes. If your handle ever wears out or gets damaged, replacement NÜOBELL handles are available separately. This means you don’t need to replace your entire dumbbell set—just swap in a new handle and keep using your existing plates and cradle.
